Agreement
By placing an order with Nissie you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.
What we sell
We make personalised and made-to-order items: gifts and souvenirs, event signage, graduation cap toppers, caps and sashes, and live on-site personalisation at events.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis and include the item described. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through Paystack, which accepts mobile money and cards. Where an item's final price depends on the design you choose, we confirm the amount with you before production begins.
Production time
Orders are produced in three to five working days from the point your design is approved. Rush production is available for an additional fee where our schedule allows.
Approvals and revisions
For cap toppers, each customer is allowed up to three changes to the mockup before production. Further changes may attract an additional charge.
Delivery
Deliveries are made by Uber or Bolt only, and not by dispatch riders, because of the fragility of the items. Delivery charges are quoted at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch.
Stand rental
Where you rent a display stand, it is charged per day. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the stand, which must also be by Uber or Bolt. Keeping the stand beyond the agreed period is charged at the daily rate. If a stand is returned damaged, a charge of GHS 250 applies.
Returns
Because our items are personalised and made to order, returns are limited. Please read our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our designs
Designs, artwork and photographs created by Nissie remain our property. You may not reproduce or resell them. Where you supply artwork to us, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Liability
We are responsible for producing your order to the standard described. We are not liable for losses beyond the value of the order itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
