Delivery & Production

Production time

Every Nissie piece is made to order. Standard production takes 3–5 working days after the order has been made.

Production time does not include delivery time.

Rush orders

Need your order sooner? Rush production may be available for an additional fee, depending on our production schedule.

For customized and personalized gifts, express production is GHS80 to be delivered between 1-2 working days.

For signages, rush production starts at GHS 100. Rush pricing will be confirmed with you before production begins.

For cap toppers, rush production starts at GHS 80. The final rush fee will be confirmed based on your order and deadline.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged separately from production and is available across Accra and nationwide.

For Accra orders, delivery may be arranged through a third party dispatch service, Uber or Bolt, depending on the size and nature of your order.

For orders outside Accra, we will arrange an appropriate delivery option with you.

Delivery fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed delivery time.

Stand rental & return

Display stands for board and acrylic signs are available for rent at GHS 120 per day.

The stand must be returned via Uber or Bolt car rides only. Return arrangements are the customer's responsibility and must be returned after the event.

A stand kept beyond the agreed rental period will incur an additional daily rental charge.

A damaged stand will attract a replacement charge of GHS 250.
