Who we are
Nissie Creatives sells personalised gifts, event signage and graduation cap toppers in Ghana. If you have any question about this policy, contact us at hello@shopnissie.com or on 055 541 5498.
What we collect and why
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and — where your order needs delivering — your delivery address. We use these only to produce your order, keep you updated on it, and deliver it. If you sign up to our mailing list we store your email address so we can send you news about new designs and collections. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Card details never reach us
Payments are handled entirely by Paystack, our payment provider. Your card or mobile money details are entered on Paystack's own secure page and are never seen by, sent to, or stored on our servers. We receive only a reference for the transaction and whether it succeeded.
Cookies
We set a small number of cookies that the site needs in order to work:
- A cart cookie, so your bag is still there when you come back. It holds only a random reference — no items, prices or personal information.
- A wishlist cookie, which works the same way.
- An admin session cookie, set only for Nissie staff signing in to manage the site.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
Who else sees your information
Your information is shared only with the companies that make the site work: our payment provider, our web host, and our delivery partners where a delivery address is needed. None of them are advertising companies, and none of them are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts and for any warranty or dispute. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@shopnissie.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
